Despite its wonderfully isolated setting, the cottage is just a 10-minute drive from Hassocks Station, with London Victoria reachable in 50 minutes by train. Brighton's lanes, restaurants and seafront are 15 minutes away.

The cottage sleeps up to 5 guests across two bedrooms. The maximum occupancy is 5 to ensure everyone has plenty of space and comfort.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fresh bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There's also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a good supply of quality toiletries. Logs for the wood-burning stove are provided, along with welcome essentials including tea, coffee, milk and a few thoughtful extras.
Yes. The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and standard Freeview channels, as well as a Bluetooth speaker if you'd prefer your own music. The cottage has full central heating throughout in addition to the wood-burning stove, so it's warm and cosy whatever the season. There's also fast Wi-Fi available in every room.
Generally we ask for a minimum of 2 nights, but feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss a single-night stay.
